Why does 1 Chronicles 20 describe more giants after Goliath?

The chapter shows that Goliath was not the only giant. Through David’s men, God continued to display His power over Israel’s enemies, reminding us that no force can stand against His purposes.

How does this passage point to Jesus Christ?

David’s victories foreshadow Christ’s ultimate triumph over sin, death, and Satan. Just as David’s crown and spoils were dedicated to the Lord, every victory belongs to Christ alone.
