Gender Identity and the Gospel: Creation, Identity, and God’s Design
Gender Identity and the Gospel
In this episode of Equipping You in Grace, Dave Jenkins examines what Scripture teaches about gender identity, creation, the human person, and the goodness of God’s design.Beginning in Genesis 1–2, this episode explains why a biblical understanding of humanity must begin with God’s creation of mankind as male and female in His image. Dave also explores body-self dualism, expressive individualism, the unity of body and soul, and the cultural assumptions shaping modern conversations about gender identity. Most importantly, this episode points listeners to the hope of the gospel, showing how Jesus Christ restores what sin has confused and gives believers a new identity rooted in Him.Listen and Watch
