In this episode of Reading the Bible Daily with Dave, Dave Jenkins walks through Psalm 37, a wisdom psalm that teaches believers how to live with quiet trust in a world where evil often appears to prosper.
Rather than fretting over evildoers or envying their temporary success, David calls God’s people to trust in the Lord, delight in Him, commit their way to Him, and wait patiently for His faithful care and perfect justice.
Psalm 37 reminds us that the Lord upholds the righteous, establishes their steps, preserves His people, and calls them to steadfast obedience. Ultimately, this psalm points us to Jesus Christ, the true Righteous One who trusted the Father perfectly and now upholds His people by His grace.
