Episode Summary
In this end-of-month reflection from Contending for the Word Q&A, Dave Jenkins reflects on a month of episodes focused on identity, sexuality, repentance, truth, love, and living faithfully in a confused culture.John 1:14 reminds us that Jesus Christ is “full of grace and truth.” Christians are not called to choose between truth and grace. We are called to walk in both, holding firmly to the Word of God while reflecting the compassion, patience, and mercy of Christ. This episode considers why truth without grace can become cold and detached, why grace without truth becomes vague and disconnected from what God has said, and why the Christian witness must be shaped by both.Listen
