❓ Frequently Asked Questions
What is a transgender sanctuary city?
A transgender sanctuary city is a municipality that passes laws or policies to protect individuals—especially minors—seeking gender transitions, even when it contradicts parental consent or state law. These cities may block enforcement of laws from other states that restrict such procedures.
How do these cities affect Christian families and churches?
These laws can threaten parental rights, limit biblical counseling, and introduce ideological teaching into public education. Churches may face legal or social pressure for teaching biblical truth on gender and identity.
Does the Bible really address gender and identity?
Yes. From Genesis 1:27 to Romans 1:24–27, the Bible clearly affirms God’s design for male and female. Identity is not self-defined but given by God. Scripture confronts cultural confusion with eternal truth.
How should Christians respond?
With clarity, courage, and compassion. We must stand on God’s Word, support biblical teaching in our homes and churches, and speak the truth in love—always pointing people to the gospel of Jesus Christ.
