Episode Summary
The love of God is one of the most beautiful and foundational truths in Scripture. What does it really mean when the Bible says that God is love? In this episode of Equipping You in Grace, Dave Jenkins explains how the love of God is far more than emotion or cultural sentiment. Scripture reveals God’s love through His character, His Word, and most clearly through the cross of Christ.
This episode explores how biblical love is rooted in truth, inseparable from holiness, costly in sacrifice, and powerful to transform the Christian life. Rather than accepting shallow definitions shaped by culture, Christians are called to understand the love of God according to Scripture and rest in the security of His unchanging character.
