Psalm 14 — The Folly of Unbelief and the Hope of God’s Salvation
Show: Reading the Bible Daily with Dave Host: Dave Jenkins Date: Sunday, February 22, 2026
Show Summary
In Psalm 14, David exposes the heart of unbelief—not merely intellectual rejection of God, but a lifestyle lived without reference to Him. This psalm describes humanity’s drift into corruption apart from the grace of God, while also pointing leave-believers to the hope of God’s salvation for His people. Psalm 14 sets before us the stark contrast between human folly and divine faithfulness, and ultimately points to Christ alone as God’s answer to our deepest need.
