The New Age Movement and Biblical Discernment
Host: Dave Jenkins
Guest: Doreen Virtue
Show: Equipping You in Grace
Show Summary
In this episode of Equipping You in Grace, Dave Jenkins is joined by Doreen Virtue to discuss modern self-centered religion, popular practices in today’s culture, and why Christians must test every claim by the authority of God’s Word.
Together, they examine how practices such as manifestation, Reiki, astrology, crystals, and energy healing offer false hope centered on the self rather than submission to Christ.
Dave and Doreen also explain how believers can respond with clarity, compassion, and conviction as they point people away from error and toward the gospel of Jesus Christ. Pick up Doreen’s book, Counterfeit to Christ, here: https://amzn.to/42C3Cy6
