Katherine Krick, False Spiritual Authority, and True Deliverance in Christ
Katherine Krick’s teaching on spiritual authority, deliverance, and submission to an alleged apostolic anointing must be tested by the Word of God.In this episode of From NAR to Christ, Dawn Hill examines a troubling interaction at Five-Fold Church and the wider pattern of teaching surrounding Katherine Krick’s ministry. Scripture does not call Christians to place their trust in a self-appointed leader, recurring manifestations, or an experience of deliverance. Christ alone is the head of His church.Listen or Watch
False Authority Cannot Produce True Freedom
Dawn considers claims about apostolic authority, deliverance, spiritual covering, and the demand for unquestioning loyalty. When a leader places herself at the center, treats biblical concerns as rebellion, or directs people to submit to her anointing, Christians must carefully test those claims by Scripture. The Holy Spirit does not draw attention to a modern personality or establish a rival authority to Christ. He glorifies Christ, conforms believers to the image of Christ, and works through the sufficient Word of God.True Deliverance Is Found in Christ
The answer to sin, spiritual darkness, and deception is not a cycle of experiences or dependence on a deliverance minister. The gospel announces that Jesus Christ saves sinners, forgives sin, and transfers His people from the domain of darkness into His kingdom.Pray for those caught in deceptive movements. Speak the truth with love. Call them away from false authority and toward Christ, His gospel, and a faithful local church where God’s Word is rightly taught.Scripture Addressed
