What does Hezekiah’s prayer teach us about seeking God in sickness?

Hezekiah’s prayer shows that God hears His people’s cries for mercy and responds with compassion according to His sovereign will.

How does the miracle of the shadow highlight God’s power?

By reversing the shadow on the sundial, God displayed His absolute sovereignty over creation, including time itself.

Why is pride such a dangerous sin?

Even faithful leaders like Hezekiah can fall into pride, which blinds us to God’s glory and leads to future judgment.

How does Christ fulfill what Hezekiah lacked?

Unlike Hezekiah who sought his own glory, Christ humbled Himself to the point of death on the cross and secured eternal life for His people.
