All yoga poses are Shiva worship and there’s no such thing as “holy yoga” or “Christian yoga” reveals Sandeep, an ex-Hindu now Christian who was born and raised in India’s high priestly Brahmin caste. Sandeep has studied the Hindu scriptures and practiced yoga since childhood. When Sandeep read the Bible, God revealed the truth of the gospel to Sandeep and he was saved.
