How should Christians deal with anger?

Christians should deal with anger by responding slowly, examining their motives honestly, seeking reconciliation quickly, and allowing Scripture and the Holy Spirit to govern their reactions with wisdom and grace.

No. The Bible acknowledges righteous anger toward sin and injustice, but warns that sinful anger is often reactive, self-centered, and destructive.

What happens when anger is left unresolved?

Unresolved anger can harden into bitterness, damage relationships, and lead to deeper sinful patterns if left unchecked.
