Show Summary
In this episode of Reading the Bible Daily with Dave, Dave Jenkins walks through Psalm 70, a short but urgent prayer that teaches us how to cry out to God in moments of immediate need.
Psalm 70 reminds us that faithful prayer is not always long or structured. Sometimes it is urgent, desperate, and direct. David models what it looks like to run to the Lord when pressure mounts and help is needed without delay.
This psalm also teaches us that God welcomes the cries of His people and responds according to His perfect will and timing. Because of Christ, we can call on the Lord with confidence, knowing He is our help and our deliverer.
