In my early teens I got serious about reading and studying Scripture. During that time, I would go to my local church’s library and check out a backpack full of books. While this was many years ago, I’ve never lost the desire to read quality godly material that has a high view of God’s Word and exalts in the sufficient work of Jesus Christ. Ever since Bible College and seminary, I’ve wanted to get Logos Bible software. They consistently are rated as one of the best Bible software products and are always seeking to make their range of products better in addition to continually offering an increasingly vast array of resources. Recently, I had the opportunity to get a copy of a new resource by Logos, the Logos bronze Reformed package. In this review, I’ll offer a few of my thoughts on what I think about this great product, along with a few videos from Logos that will help you get an idea of this package for yourself.

What I like about the Reformed Bronze Package

In the past week I’ve been using this package a great deal both for my personal Bible reading and in studying for a variety of writing projects. The feature I’ve been using most is the languages, but as I’ve been spending more time with this package, I’ve found myself appreciating more the overall depth of material provided in this product. At first, I thought I wasn’t going to have enough resources to enjoy. While I have most of the books in this product in my office, the ability to open my Logos Bible software on my laptop or tablet and access the wide range of resources and quote them in my writing is truly valuable.

Whenever I’m doing Bible study, I almost always look up the meaning of words to better understand what the biblical writer is saying. The biblical languages content on the Logos Reformed Bronze package has been very helpful to me, both to understand what the biblical writer means and also to help me grow in my understanding of the Word of God.

While I haven’t looked at all the products on the Reformed Bronze Package, what I immediately realize is that no matter what I’m studying, I know I’ll quickly be able to find an answer. As we all know, time is a precious commodity. As someone who writes a lot and is always working on a variety of writing projects this is important to me. The Reformed Bronze Package makes reading and studying the Bible fun. This is because of the ability to customize a Bible reading plan or study a subject in a great deal of breadth without having a whole pile of books stacked up around me. The ease of access to a variety of solid Bible study material is truly amazing.

Now that I have this tool, I’ve become convinced that Logos is truly one of the best Bible software products available on the market today. Without a doubt, Logos is a crucial tool for me in my personal Bible study and it has already in the brief time I’ve had it tremendously enriched my reading and studying of the Word of God. In the future, I know that as I continue to learn how to use Logos more efficiently and as I continue to dig into the wondrous resources available with this software package, I’ll be using Logos all the time for my writing projects and ministry activities.

At this point, I can say with confidence that this is a crucial tool for me as I study of the Word of God. In fact, Logos has already in the brief time I’ve had it enriched my reading and studying of the Word of God. I highly recommend Logos for Bible College and seminary students, it will help your language studies tremendously! I also recommend this product to Pastors because it will enrich your sermon work a great deal. I think this is also a good product for writers and lay people as it will help them to dig into the Word of God which will aid their work both in their local churches and respective vocations to the glory of God.

For fun here are some videos that will help you get a better sense of the Logos product.
